The information also complies with the Recommendation Nr. 2/2001 adopted on May 17th 2001 by the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by the article 29 of the directive Nr. 95/46/CE, in order to define some minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data and, in particular, to highlight modes, times and nature of the information, which the holders of the treatment must provide the users with, when these latter link to web pages, apart from the purposes of the connection.
A. Surfing and statistical data collected by systems of a third party
As usually happens in Internet, this website makes use of statistical analysis tools supplied and managed by a third party, which can collect and “trace” some surfing data. It's worth underlining that a lot of Italian and foreign websites normally apply such technologies and solutions in “outsourcing”, but this is only highlighted by few websites in their “Privacy Information” pages. We have tried to do so and to inform you in the most honest and transparent way: however we are always at your disposal for any information or for further explanations.
As these data are collected by tools and Companies differing from the website administrator, they are not actually possessed by the owners/administrators of the website, who can have a read-only access, but are not able to modify or cancel such data autonomously.
