(code about the protection of personal data)

The reason of this notice

This page describes the mode of management of the website with regard to the treatment of the users' personal data, who browse the website.
This information is also reported in compliance with the article 13 of the Legislative Decree Nr. 196/2003 - Code about the protection of personal data for the people interacting with the web services available telematically under the address:
http://www.relaissantantonio.it

The information is only reported for the above mentioned website and not for other websites the user might browse through any link.
The information also complies with the Recommendation Nr. 2/2001 adopted on May 17th 2001 by the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by the article 29 of the directive Nr. 95/46/CE, in order to define some minimum requirements for the online collection of personal data and, in particular, to highlight modes, times and nature of the information, which the holders of the treatment must provide the users with, when these latter link to web pages, apart from the purposes of the connection.

A. Surfing and statistical data collected by systems of a third party

As usually happens in Internet, this website makes use of statistical analysis tools supplied and managed by a third party, which can collect and “trace” some surfing data. It's worth underlining that a lot of Italian and foreign websites normally apply such technologies and solutions in “outsourcing”, but this is only highlighted by few websites in their “Privacy Information” pages. We have tried to do so and to inform you in the most honest and transparent way: however we are always at your disposal for any information or for further explanations.
As these data are collected by tools and Companies differing from the website administrator, they are not actually possessed by the owners/administrators of the website, who can have a read-only access, but are not able to modify or cancel such data autonomously.
In order to carry out the above operations and receive detailed information on the privacy policy applied to these data, the user must turn directly to the Holder, that is to the Company supplying directly the used statistical service.

The tools belonging to a third party used in this website are the following:

  • Google Analytics (supplied by: Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway - Mountain View CA 94043, USA)

A.1) Information about Google Analytics

This website makes use of Google Analytics, which is a web analysis service supplied by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses some “cookies”, which are text files downloaded in your computer to enable the website to analyse how users make use of the website. The information generated by the cookie on the way you use the website (including your IP address), will be transmitted and stored in the Google's servers located in the United States. Google will use these information to trace and examine the way you use the website, fill in reports on the website's activities for the website operators and supply other services regarding the activity of the website and the use of Internet. Google can also transfer these information to a third party, if this is imposed by the law and if such a third party treats the above information on behalf of Google. Google will not combine your IP address with any other data possessed by Google. You can refuse to use the cookies selecting the correct setting on your browser, but this could prevent you from using all the functions of this website. Making use of the present website, you consent to the treatment of your data by Google for the above mentioned modes and purposes.

Useful addresses to understand better the privacy policy applied by Google Analytics:

Possible inquiries about the data mentioned at point A.1 must be addressed to the Holder (Google Inc.).

The personal data of the users, who make use of the service and send inquiries to receive information (such as technical/commercial advices, prices/quotations, newsletters, answers to specific questions etc.) are only used for the execution of the services required and they are not communicated to a third party, unless their communication is imposed by the law or is strictly necessary to meet the requirements of the user.

I. Surfing data

The information technology systems and the software procedures, applied for the running of this website, acquire during their normal service some personal data, whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols.
The above information are not collected to be combined with identified people but, by nature, they might make the identification of the users possible by means of elaborations and associations with data held by a third party.
This data category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users connecting to the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, the time of the inquiry, the mode applied for the inquiry submission to the server, the file size received in reply, the numeric code indicating the outcome of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the information technology environment of the user.
These data are only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and control its correct running, and they are immediately cancelled after the data processing. The data might be used to establish the responsibility in case of possible information technology crimes committed against the website.

II. Data voluntarily supplied by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary submission of forms and/or e-mails to the addresses mentioned on this website implies the further acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to reply to the questions, as well as of the IP address and/or of any other personal data written on the message.

Except what might refer to statistical services of a third party (A), this website doesn't make use of any cookies for the transmission of personal information. The use of the so-called session cookies (which are not permanently downloaded in the user's computer and vanish closing the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identification codes (consisting of random numbers generated by the server), which are essential to make the website surfing safe and effective. So no personal data of the users are acquired by the website.

B.5) Optional data communication

The non-communication of such data may prevent the user from obtaining what he is asking for.
Moreover we remind you that in some cases (not subject to the ordinary management of this website) the Authority may ask for news and information according to the article 157 of the Legislative Decree Nr. 196/2003 in order to control the treatment of personal data. In these cases the answer is compulsory but, if not supplied, an administrative sanction will be imposed.

B.6) Mode of treatment
